I've ordered twice now.. the first time I ordered 2 VMs and they came beautifully wrapped and healthy with fantastic roots. The second time I ordered another VM and a snowcap begonia. Prior to strings n things shipping them out they contacted me explaining that there had been a slight issue with my order, and offered me another clipping. After seeing the damage to the leaf we agreed that a different clipping was going to be sent, it was a cheaper clipping so a refund or another plant was going to be sent to make up the money. When the plants arrived, unfortunately it was the damaged leaf, and my snow cap bagonia looked very sad and almost like a completly different plant to the one I ordered on the website! It was unfortunately to far gone and I couldn't save it! I contacted strings n things and they were so kind about the situation, they apologised and said they would send the clipping we had originally agreed to change to straight out, they said i could keep the damaged one but i felt awful to keep it! They offered to pay the postage for me to send it back but unfortunately with my working schedule it was not possiable for me to send it back straight away so I agreed to just keep it. They have offered that after my long stint of night shifts that if I am still not happy with it I could swap it!
Over all they are kind and professional and very accommodating.
Iam slightly upset that the VM was still sent out damaged although we had agreed prior to shipment, and the bagonia looked completly different to what I assumed I was going to get, and it came beyond saving, but all in all I do take full responsibility to shipment, and it was a very hot few days when it was being shipped.

I've never ordered a plant online before so didn't no what to expect.

Plant looked OK and potted it up straight away watered well and now sat in the window soaking up the light. Its perked up really well in just a few hours.

Love the green card and must say I'm excited to have a lolly not had one like that in years and that was my favourite flavour 😀😋
