In March I had a problem with the leaves died off maranta within a few days, I contacted Emma and she gave advice that it was putting energy into roots. Plant came back with some seriously high variegation that I posted on her page.
I had a lemon and lime maranta I’d bought from somewhere else, I was struggling to root. Emma was generous with her time, offering further advice on how to try and get it rooting, when she didn’t have to.

In mid April I did message Emma to say that there was nothing happening with my Pink Princess from March. I was thinking it was normal, but I had won one in a raffle and it had popped both growth points within a week or two. On messaging, Emma apologised for the error, offered a rooted 2 leaf PPP replacement, which is growing perfectly now.

In May, I was looking for another Variegated Maranta to add to my previous one. There were none in her shop, so I asked, and she said she had just got some in, and explained I was on a budget. Emma was kind enough to work within that budget and make me a custom listing after sending a photo over.

She posts quickly. It's normally with me the next day on a tracked 24 service, but she has avoided it being stuck in post office over bank holidays. They are always well packaged, with a bag around the roots, wrapped in bubble wrap and then tissue paper.

Overall Emma sells expensive plants as great value cuttings. I know the reason why and it works well for me. She gets a lot of flack for it in plant groups, which is a shame, as there are enough of us planty addicts to go around.

I have bought over ten cuttings from Emma. one died.. it was a very risky cutting and I took the risk.
Emma has always given all the advice I need and now because of her I have a jungle of rare plants that are thriving.. for a fraction of the cost of other places.
buying cuttings or baby plants have given me such joy.. watching them grow has been lovely.
People have put reviews on here about plants dying .. you take that risk with any plant !
Her business has made me a very very happy plant lady who now has some phenomenal babies !!!

"Fantastic customer service"

I've bought a cutting from strings n things and am really pleased with the service. No telling if it'll make it, but that'll be more on me as it turned up very healthy!
I even messaged with pictures of how I'd potted it up to check that it looked OK and had the best chance of making it, and was given some advice. If it does struggle I won't hesitate to reach out for advice as well.
Would recommend purchasing from here!
