After good initial response. I had to do all the contacting. Wasn't notified when door ready. They came to fit it at 6pm so it was dark and did not leave until 9.50on and they hadn't got all the fixings. Door only partially locked and it was another week before they came to fix it. Then they were another small part missing but fortunately they had one in their van. The door seems fine now.

The delivery company that the Garage Door Centre used were also excellent & the door arrived on the agreed day & wihin the advised hour - you can't ask for much more than that.
I opted for the SWS Securioglide sectional garage door which has proven to be a very good quality product. I chose to install this myself & it proved to be straightforward; however, the instructions that come from the supplier are basic & I would advise anybody else thinking of doing this to watch a couple of on-line video clips first as these really helped.
