From quote to installation this company has been great to deal with. The installation team were good and although there was a slight miscommunication over a piece of fascia that should have been included but had been missed off the final order, this was quickly rectified and was subsequently fitted on a separate visit at no cost to me. I've already recommended this company to a friend who has ordered the same garage door as I purchased.

Dealing with the sales team was excellent - they were able to offer the product I needed at a highly competitive price for delivery on the day I needed. Jessica was especially helpful and polite throughout. Sadly on the delivery day the two installers were surly and disagreeable - they made no attempt to be polite or professional and when we realised the builder had made an error which would have taken 10 minutes to fix and allow a better fit of the door, got aggressive, stating that they had already installed 4 doors today and had another 8 to do. My builder was shocked at their attitude and had to perform a bodge fix to ensure the door fitted flush afterwards.
