We had 3 Hormann electric garage doors fitted, the staff measured up the frame confirmed sizes, squareness of opening and whether it would fit. Ordering process was painless and was kept up to date with manufacturing date and arrival of goods to the UK. Arranged a date for fitment arrived on time with two teams and did all three doors in less than 3 hours. Very impressed with the professionalism of the company and the willingness to please the customer. There was full communication throughout the whole process. A very welcome change from most companies attitude to customer requests.

Overall very impressed, would recommend unreservedly.

Web site has many mistakes and omissions.Quotes were confusing and installation first time was aborted because one wrong part was sent.
Refund of unwanted door strip the to the door took 3 weeks.
The garage door is good and it works well but your admin leaves a lot to be desired

I had an unusual garage door that presented with problems but it was not an issue when the company representative called. The doors were fitted very quickly and efficiently and the fitters were very polite. They even called me when they were on their way as I don’t live at the address being fitted. They cleared up and took their rubbish away. Highly recommended.

i have had my door fitted for about 4 months now and i did have the odd glitch nothing serious and i must say it was sorted out very quickly by my local wellingborough branch. Which was on a parr with experience i have had from the moment i ordered my door.Also since the door has been fitted we have had some very cold icy weather and my garage has been so much warmer than it used to be with the old door proving to me the insulation in the door really works and has been fitted correctly
