"Don't do it!!!!!"

We had a new garage door installed two years ago by this company. We love the door. The installers were very courteous and we are very happy with the door service received a the time.
However, the keys to the door have since been misplaced. I rang this morning to enquire about having someone to come and either (a) help open the door with perhaps a new key or (b) replace the lock entirely.
The person I spoke to this morning was appalling. I was quoted for a new lock to be posted to us (this was not what I needed) and had to enquire about having a serviceman out to replace the lock. As I was trying to explain the emergency to him, I was told there was no one available for almost a full week. I was never so rushed through a 'phone call and told "NO" so quickly. I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Do not use them as their after care is horrible.

I found them a very pleasant and helpful company to deal with from phone enquiry through on site evaluation and estimate to the installers; all good and a positive experience. I felt the price was good value. I am delighted with the door and the automation. it looks excellent in green and it is surprising how useful it is to be able to open the door at the press of a button rather than opening two heavy doors (the opening is 15 feet wide). would recommend without reservation

The pre-sales experience was good, fitting was ok too. The requirement to be watertight was emphasised as the only reason for replacing the door. This was explicitly promised as easily manageable with the rubber seal. The garage door leaks by about 2 feet when it is raining. The fitters were informed, who said there was nothing that could be done by them. The final fitting statement was signed with the fact we weren't happy and the fitters promised to feedback to the office. No follow up was made.
The new door is as useless as the old one.
UPDATE: THE GARAGE DOOR CENTRE HAVE NOW FITTED A FLOOR SEAL WHICH HAS PREVENTED ALL LEAKING. VERY HAPPY NOW THANK YOU.
