I was a bit apprehensive to book a flight with World2Fly because of all the negative reviews on here, but honestly, it was great!

We flew to Cuba and back and the experience and everything went smoothly, the plane was amazing, and the crew members were all really friendly.

We flew World2fly to Cuba and after seeing several negative reivews from other travellers we were wary. It all turned out great. Good service overall - must say better than other pricier long haul airlines we have used before for othet destinations. We did hand luggage only once we saw bad reviews on lost luggage. Very friendly crew and punctual service. Good entertainment system with movies and games.

"Terrible company!!!"

Terrible company!!!! I had a trip booked to Punta Cana and the return flight was canceled out of nowhere. They told me that they could give me a replaceable flight (in another day, which will make me spend a lot more money in the connection flights and the hotel - money that they do not take responsibility on) but they don’t confirm me anything, don’t reply to my emails and when I call they say they will email me and they don’t! My trip is in 20 days and I still have no clue of the replacement flight or if I will even have any!!! I may lose the money for my entire trip and they just don’t care. Worst airline ever!!!!!

On the 10th of February I wrote a review that I didn't receive my baggage and there was no contact. Guess what.. the contact was horrible but thanks to my effort they did reach out to me. They couldn't find my luggage during my whole holiday of 3 weeks. So ofcourse after such a bad experience I filed for a damage claim on 6 march and have send them a reminder and again no reaction.

overall a very bad service in case of inconveniences, very bad accessibility. Very unfortunate that after such an unpleasant experience where I clearly stand in my rights, that I have to take legal action.

Viajar con esta compañía es una angustia. Incomada, tripulación antipática... es más cómodo un autobús, aunque no flote sobre el mar.

"CARGO DUPLICADO"

Hice todo el proceso de compra para un vuelo internacional y al final me arrojó un mensaje que no se pudo realizar la transacción. Intenté nuevamente todo el proceso y me envió un mensaje que que la transacción ahora sí fue exitosa... Me está llegando el cargo duplicado. He intentado contactarlos y es prácticamente imposible.... Tengo 2 boletos cargados con los mismos datos del pasajero y no hay forma de reclamarlos. OJO
Clave de Reserva HFVYVF está vigente, clave de Reserva YJFWDN es la duplicada. está Cancelada, pero sí cargaron el pago a la Tarjeta de Crédito

"Pagemos 120€ extra para sus asientos…"

Pagemos 120€ extra para sus asientos "XL" para darnos extra legroom. Nos pusieron en frente de los servicios wc !
Como puedes imaginar en 8 horas de vuelo no paran de usar los servicios y juntan la gente a esperar wc o para chatear en el espacio donde hemos pagado a estirar las piernas. . cuidado en pedir unos asientos asi. Hemos reclamado pero no se interesan. !
A parte de esto.. Las azafatas no eran muy profesionales. Riendo a clientes cuando pasaba o preguntaban algo.
La comida malisima. ( para desayunar un "bocadillo de queso o un croissant de chocolate.) Mi marido no come chocolate ni come queso. No habia alternativa.
Y no hay ni vino o una cerveza gratis con la comida/cena. Las bebidas alcoholicas hay que pagar todas !! Asi que la primera y ultima vez que volamos con world2fly.

En un viaje de Madrid a Santo Domingo prácticamente desde que el avión despegó hasta aterrizar el que estuvo delante estuvo con el asiento hacia atrás, a la hora de comer le comenté a una auxiliar que no podía comer de esa manera... me miró y me hizo un gesto de "y yo que hago" y no hizo nada. En fin, cuesta menos volar con W2F pero no hay mucha profesionalidad.
