Mes derniers achats : 2 pantalons et 2 pulls dont je suis très contente. Les matières sont de qualité, la coupe est simple mais s'adapte à toute situation.

Personnel pas sympa notamment ce qu’on pense être la manageuse. Le magasin était très bizarrement organisé. Deux personnes qui ne parlaient visiblement pas bien français essayaient de poser des questions et au lieu de faire le moindre effort pour comprendre ou se faire comprendre, la “manageuse” s’est moquée d’eux en français en nous regardant comme pour trouver des alliés. C'est inacceptable. Aucun effort pour parler anglais (je précise que le magasin est en plein centre de Paris…j’imagine que beaucoup de clients étrangers doivent venir). Elle n’a été cordiale qu’au moment où on est passé à la caisse. En y repensant, on regrette d’avoir acheté les chaussures.

"Atrocious customer service - never seen anything like this in my life"
I bought a pair of pants at one of their French stores at full price. Days later, they became significantly discounted. I have not worn them, have not even unwrapped the package. I came to the Brussels store to return them and possibly take the same pant at the current price. The two sales persons were extremely unfriendly. Actually, they were derisive and hostile. They were aghast that I would dare try to exchange in these circumstances.
What's more, they flat out refused to allow me to return the pants I bought (although the receipt clearly stated that I could do that) for a store credit and buy the same pants at the current price. They acted like I was being immoral or something. They said: what would happen if everyone did that?
I asked: are you saying that I cannot return these (although the receipt clearly allows me to do so) and take a replacement pant (even though the store is full of them)? Obviously, a rhetorical question as there is no legal basis for them to do this. But yes, they said they would prevent me from doing this. Finally, doing me a huge favour (the famous "exceptionally"), they were going to let me take the cheaper-priced pant but I could not get the store credit for the rest - I had to find something else immediately. Well, that wasn't going to fly.
I hardly ever return things, and I initially had a positive impression of this brand, but no more. They exasperated me so much with their rudeness, their calls to management, the total lack of customer service, that I just returned the pants, took the store credit, and will use it in France just to avoid giving these people any sort of commission.
Update: I contacted them as they suggested in their reply, and despite repeated reminders and having provided all the information, they aren’t willing to do anything to make this right. So don’t believe what they say when they reply to negative reviews - they just don’t care.
