Excellent customer service with regard to update contact and new price increase, helpful customer service operator Abdelilah. Goto.energy were the most competitive in comparison to other providers. However, I feel the huge price increase 'apparently' due to the Covid pandemic 'excuse' is appalling and this is across all providers. This is a money making scandal which the government is partially responsible for. General public are being penalised at every opportunity. Shameful !!
