Poor customer service though out and regular increase in DD without any increased usage
When I left they said I would be refunded over £100 this was more than the direct debut!! ..took an email to the ceo to get confirmation of refund which to date I have not yet received.
Avoid like the plague !!!
Like many others on here they increase DD payment even when usage has not increased ..we are bank rolling them

Edited after response from Go To… the direct debit was increased sooner than 3-6 months despite this being in the summer when usage had decreased.. away and chase yourselves .. this is rubbish you put up the DD then refuse a refund of excess credit even when this is double the amount on the debit …AVOID is my advice to everyone

Goto have THE BEST customer service agent in VICTORIA EASTMAN. Very empathetic and helpful. Sadly Goto have recently increased their prices and reluctantly we have found cheaper elsewhere otherwise we would stay as billing, website and customer service is excellent.
