GOTO answer the phone with UK based staff. The website works well and it's easy to find what you're looking for. They support smart meters. The tariff is competitive, I could have saved £30/year by changing to GREEN, but I didn't think it was worth the hassle.

What can one say. The energy was available 24 hours a day as it is with all suppliers. The the main reason one switches supliers is to get a cheaper deal.
Octopus was cheaper but only by £1/month which is not worth the bother changing.
