The ordering process and customer service by phone were great, but the shipping leaves a little to be desired. We spent $40+ for UPS 2-Day and it took four days to arrive. Also, the tracking number didn't arrive via email until *after* the product arrived. I am willing to try order again though.

Motion Media explained to me that proper and acceptable college ID was required. This was quickly done on my part. Once Motion Media had this proper information, the order was processed and sent off.
