The ordering process and customer service by phone were great, but the shipping leaves a little to be desired. We spent $40+ for UPS 2-Day and it took four days to arrive. Also, the tracking number didn't arrive via email until *after* the product arrived. I am willing to try order again though.

This purchase was made by Grandfather for Grandson who is a freshman at college. The desired item is necessary for one of his classes in the spring semester 2015. Motion Media explained to me that proper and acceptable college ID was required. This was quickly done on my part. Once Motion Media had this proper information, the order was processed and sent off. I received the item in three days. Very well boxed and quickly delivered. Motion Media provided a very satisfying shopping experience. The Motion Media staff was available at any time I needed assistance in completing the order process.
