"Very professional and friendly"

Brad who answered their Live Chat was very professional and quick. I placed the order online soon after and next morning I drove 50 miles to their store to pick up the newest 3Dconnexion made product: Keyboard Pro. At the door Tim J. was waiting with the item I ordered, and we stayed in a friendly conversation for a little while. I purchased from them before (3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Enterprise Kit about 2 years ago) when I also had a very good experience. Their warehouse/store is in a beautiful brand-new building conveniently positioned close to LAX. On my way home, I received a text message from Brad asking me if I were able to get my Keyboard okay and he apologized for not being able to be there at the time I came in. Tim emailed me invoice with a note how they appreciate my business.

Excellent customer service!! So well in fact, the owner himself took the time to help with an order due to limited staff. Smooth and easy conversation, personable and was able to solve the issue with ease! They care about their customers, that I can tell.

I would most certainly shop here again, if nothing else but for the wonderful customer care!

Oh and my purchase was reasonable in price, shipping was reasonable (though our local drivers seem to be unable to open their doors, might be stuck I reckon) lol

"DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor/Resolve Studio"

Many have been talking about the long wait for the DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor/Resolve Studio Bundle. I ordered it from Motion Media on Feb 16th, had the activation code in ten minutes, and the Speed Editor arrived yesterday, the 19th. They say they still have them in stock. They even took care of our tax exemption in less than five minutes. Very efficient operation with an excellent website for ordering.

Purchased DaVinci Resolve software. And got the Speed Editor Keyboard mailed to my doorstep.
The customer service is really good as you don't have to repeat explaining the whole issue again.

"I was looking to purchase an Areca RAID…"

I was looking to purchase an Areca RAID enclosure and Motion Media popped up as having great pricing. I'd never heard of them before, but after Google Mapping their location I realized I'd driven past their place before. If they tried to rip me off I could easily do so again. haha But that won't be necessary. Motion Media shipped the Areca unit to me very promptly and I ordered a few hard drives from them as well. Outstanding experience. If I can buy from them again I certainly will. Thank you to Brad and the Motion Media team for getting me going.

Update to the review. I am changing the rating to 4 stars because Brad reached out to me directly about the issue to apologize and offer a gift card for later use on their site. Honestly, I figured this was one of those fly by night places that either don't care if you ever get your order or make you jump through hoops to fix their mistake. This company is NEITHER of those things.He seemed genuinely disappointed that I was less than pleased. I was wrong, they seem like a good, straight shooting company. My apologies. I am keeping the original review below so people can see what good customer service can do.Thanks Brad.

I ordered 4 IronWolf Pro hard drives from them to upgrade my QNap NAS. $1,300 worth. Wait a few days and no communication. Then I get a message saying they don't have them and their distributors say they don't have any either. I log in to take a look and there they are, living large on their website. It even allowed me to add the drives into my cart. Not sure what's going on here, but if they didn't want the sale, they should have let me know earlier. I could have ordered them elsewhere last week.At least they didn't try to finagle my money away from me. Minor miracles.
