I am happy with the hosting service. Everything is fine and fast, and the support is great! A few weeks ago, there was a fire, which is understandable. However, what I didn't like was the lack of timely information about the server outage and its expected duration. I only received an email many hours later, informing me about the fire and that the issue would take additional hours to resolve. I would appreciate receiving such information within 1-2 hours in the future.
