"Server for the second day 503"

Server for the second day 503. Client sites do not work. I wrote to the chat - they responded, write to support. Wrote to support - silence. They don't do anything or respond. Not a reliable service at all. I do not advise.

Our Server went down a few hours ago and we raised a support ticket. We haven't received a proper update on the ticket 9+ hours later and the issue is still pending. We are switching now the provider because this level of support and service is unacceptable for any company that needs these servers.

i've ordered a vps, i payed and got the vps... i got my server running in 2 days and in another 2 days i got mail that my service was shut down, due to id confirmation issues. wel everything is corrosponding to my name, aswel as my bank information and adres. so that was strange.. i asked for a refund then... at first it was ok. and then it was not possible and they are trying to guide me to some guidelines... but nothing they say i can find... the only thing closest i could find was that if the "identification proces" goes not right they are allowed to shut me down after 30 days. not in like 4... it al feels like one big scam. i never had this by one or another vps/dedi service
