Since 2020, we've been using a dedicated web servers from Hostkey and we couldn't be more satisfied.
The server's performance has been impeccable and the connectivity is consistently reliable. The customer support team has been top-notch, always ready to assist and address any concerns.

The servers are fast, and the price is fair.

We rented a GPU server at Hostkey, which was cheap, but the service was very poor. Frequent (once a month) downtimes, with peaks of up to 36 hours of downtime. Customer service takes hours to respond, they seem to have no monitoring on their end because we always had to contact them whenever the machine went offline again.

I am currently in process of cancelling the services with them.
Their services are below average. Their customer support is just a bunch of russians which don't care about anything. They restart servers whenever they want and always have an excuse for their poor services.
Technical Support is the worse, basically nobody can respond and help you in any way... even if they respond, basically they just waste your time. The servers crash at least 1/month... AT LEAST... and every time is a power source problem :))
There are so many better options out there.

Don't let yourself fool into their services from the "Netherlands" umbrella or their nice landing page. If you ever need support (and if you ever rented a server you'll know that it is not a question of IF, but WHEN) then you're out of luck. The support team has a defensive "CANNOT" and "pay extra for this" attitude rather than solving issues in your best interest. Can not recommend.

We've been cooperating with this company for a long time, recently we rented another server for our business. The equipment operation is stable and fast both for traffic from the USA and from European countries. We are pleased with the cooperation.
