Emily in customer service was great, sending out 3 new units to replace the non-functioning ones. They stopped working for no reason and all I had to do was send her a video. Thanks!

Bought 3. Two after awhile, started with high pitched and rattle noises. Sent in video and they’ve already sent out replacements. The process was painless!

This is NOT 'whisper quiet' as the selling pitch says. I was so so disappointed, as i needed the machine for my COPD....couldn't leave on at night, the whirring noise was very annoying. After asking for a refund, all they offered was 70% off my purchase price, which was a pathetic attempt, either way, the consumer lucks out with spending their hard-earned money on this!!! You have to shop around people, you CAN get a machine that actually quietly calms you & purifies the air at the same time. Thought i'd found one because of their claim of a 'whisper quiet operation', not so. Don't buy this!!
