Bought 3 units in January. In May, 1 unit started wining and sounded horrible. Contacted support and was told they had no units available. 2 months later I contacted support again and they needed a video of the unit. I sent it and am now receiving my new unit. The rep (Emily) is very pleasant and I'm happy. I would have given 5 stars but since I had to re-contact them after 2 months, I went with 4 stars.

Excellent after sales service. I bought my 5 units in December. It works well for me since I’m asthmatic this helps make my breathing clear and easy. Recently it makes noises so I contacted customer service. Asked me to send video and when I sent it a couple of days I received the replacement, not one but 2 units! Thanks so much special mention to Emily for resolving my issues promptly.

Purifier is lovely looking small & compact. No ac adapter which was disappointing, I think it is a little noisy that would be my only complaint.

I have had my purchase since Monday. I only wanted to purchase the one first. I didn't realise when I ordered that it had to be plugged in to work , and didn't know either that the power light stays on while it is running. Found this out when it arrived so I cannot have it in our bedroom as it lights the room up and I have a husband that does have trouble sleeping at the best of times so I cannot have it in our room.
I wanted to purchase this to help with my sinus and hayfever issues that I have had for a very long time to see if this would help to relieve some of my issues instead fo relying on medication all the time. I have left it in our lounge room and at this stage I haven't found to be much different in air quality unfortunatley
I would have purchased another one for our room but when I realised that the on light stays on and can't get another one. I may look at returning yet as I have the 30 day money back guarantee .

I recently ordered and received 3 Purifair, 2x black 1x Gold colour.
2x black colour Purifair devices are ok, nothing is wrong.
However,gold colour one is very noisy, noise level is 3x higher than black ones.
I would like to return the coloured one and exchange it with black one please.

I purchased Purifair 6 months ago and it all work fine. Just today I informed them that some of my units started to have a weird sound and they sent replacement units immediately.
