It wasn't working when it arrived. This is the 2nd one I've had and an now being ignored by the company

"Purifair - No product delivery"
I ordered their 3 pack deal of Purifair with one carry case as of April 3'23. They certainly billed my card fast enough, but to date I've got nothing. Several weeks into the order (May 13'23), I got in contact with them through their AI Chat (I've seen no email for contacting them on their site) and I was told they sent my order to the wrong address and it was returned to them - I find this hard to believe as their original sales email for the order stated I'd get an email WHEN IT SHIPPED, and there was nothing in spam or junk folders - through their AI Chat, I was asked for my address (again). It is now June 27'23 and haven't received, nor heard from them. I'd say it was a scam except for several reviews (perhaps fake?) stating they received their order.
Not impressed with their lack of client relation on their site.
Update (Aug 1'23):
Shortly after they replied to this review, Purifair asked me for my address (again, for the THIRD time). And proceeded to give me a 'new' order number (which was my old order number). No idea how many more excuses are going to be made. Here is the email they sent to me July 11th... needless to say the 3-5 days have come and gone with no sign of any package.

I ordered the 3 unit deal back on April 9/23 and paid that day via PayPal. I have emailed them several times because I have yet to receive my units! So it’s pretty upsetting to read that others who ordered in the same time period have received their orders! I’m still getting sales emails with discount codes which doesn’t impress, given that my order from 2 months ago has not yet been shipped! At this point I don’t recommend this company! I’ve paid, I expected my product to be in my home in a timely manner! Not at all happy!

I bought 5 of these on June 1, 2023 and found it made no difference. I contacted the company about returning them on June 15 and was told there was a return charge even though there is a 100% money back, guarantee if returned within 30 days. This is false advertising.
The person I dealt with made offers of returning 50% and then 70% of my money while keeping the products. This is not useful if they don't work. The person also curtailed the conversation even though we had not resolved the problem.
Purifair needs to abide by their warantee
[I returned the items and they charged me $21.5 even though they said shipping would be $10-15. No one should buy from PURIFAIR as they are dishonest through and through]

I purchased a set of 5 purifiers. ALL of them needed to be replaced. I received 3 replacements and those were also horrible. I finally cancelled and requested my money back. Out of 8 units sent to me, 7 were garbage. They are VERY loud! Mechanical issues with every one of them. 1 unit worked okay, but still not whisper quite as the company claims. After a lengthy customer service claim, I was able to get most of my money back, but not all. Such a horrible experience and terrible product.
