Purifair is a total scam!!
I bought four, two quit working after two days! They are so loud and make a horrible noise I cant even keep them on!! I sent their customer service an email to request replacement of the faulty units under their “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” which is totally non-existant, and all I am getting is the canned responses that they are using here in response to what people are reporting!! They are requiring the email address which I already gave them several times, and despite having my email address, which they requested, my name, address, phone number, and credit card number, they apparently cant locate my order without the actual email they supposedly sent me with my order number!! I dont believe they ever SENT me an email with my order number, which is why they are so adamantly requiring it!!!
To sum it up: do NOT purchase from this company!! It is a SCAM!! The product doesn’t work and you will be out a LOT of money which you will never get back!!!

"If wanting a product for minimising dust; purchase elsewhere"
After much contemplation, I purchased 3 Purifairs at the start of April. Main reason for purchase was to help with reducing dust in the house which was my main concern as I currently am surface cleaning x2/week (just me & my partner at home, no kids or pets). After a week, noticed no difference whatsoever in terms of minimising of dust & was still having to surface clean just as often. Contacted customer support & they advised can take 2-3 weeks to notice a difference so I waited. 1.5 months later & I can say there’s absolutely no affect this product has had on dust reduction. Even trialled surface cleaning, then keeping the Purifair on when we went away interstate for a few days, yet still would have the dust sitting on & surrounding our Purifair. Also the claims of being ‘quieter than a whisper’ is questionable, can hear it from the next room, however have noticed I can still sleep well with this going next to me, & the light on the Purifair is useful when getting up overnight. Would give 2.5 stars as I’ve noticed weeks later that my throat is less irritated, so I would say has helped in regards to better air quality. However, if you’re looking for something to help with dust, I recommend spending a little more & purchasing elsewhere.

"I don't think PURIFAIR exists"
I ordered 3 on April 1st and then reached out on the 5th to see when it would be shipped as it advertised "ships the following business day," and my response back from them was that it would "be shipped within the next 24-48 hours." I reached out again on April 12th (7 days later) for an ETA and was then told "7-10 days" due to the "high volume of orders" and it being the "busy holiday season." On April 24th I reached out once more and was told the same day "Please be advised that regrettably, we are unable to specify a delivery date." In the meantime during this delay, PURIFAIR has continued to keep sending me discount codes to purchase more of their product that I believe doesn't even exist.
It would be greatly appreciated for the buyer's sake if PURIFAIR notified customers of potential back orders rather than what appears to be a false advertisement.
They have since updated their website and no longer state "ships the following business day" or advertise "free shipping."

I can't say what went wrong because I ordered 5 of them, eleven days ago and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. this is from Purifair's web site "FREE SHIPPING!
We proudly ship all orders from our warehouse in Nevada! Our shipping is tracked right from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your door. Once you make your purchase, it will be shipped the next business day and delivered within a few days!"
So now, eleven days later, not the next business day as they advertise, nothing in the email to let me know where they are, when they'll arrive, nothing. When I received a copy of my order the same day that I ordered it, nothing indicated a delivery time frame, which worries me. I contacted their support address with my order no. and copy of the order to inquire about my purchase. Emily replied asking me when the order was purchased and wanted the order no. (I just put that in the email, replying with my copy of the order and she asking me?). That was 3 days ago and still no reply, no reaction of any kind. I'm afraid that my $200.00 might just be in the wind and I'm burned. What reputable company does not have a phone number, no address and doesn't offer assistance with customer's issues? That should have been my first warning. I have no choice but to wait it out with fingers crossed. At this point I sure can't give a glowing review of their practices and ethics, because I'm still waiting and hoping for the best but at this point, expecting the worst. If anyone can offer assistance and/or information on Purifair's practices, phone number, legitimacy, please let me know; I'd appreciate it very much and thanks.
Next day, April 3. After reading many negative reviews of Purifair, I emailed Purifair last night asking for a refund. This morning my money was refunded. Thank you Purifair for being so quick on the refund. At least they have that going for them. Henceforth, more deep-diving into companies and their practices and no more Purifair. Hopefully Amazon will satisfy all my on-line shopping needs.
I see now that Purifair, (from their reply as of 40 minutes ago) is again for the third time using their AI robots reply, is asking me for my order number. If Purifair was real with real people, they wouldn't use robots to repeatedly ask the same thing. And further proof that Purifair is AI and not real, is that real people would have read my replies with my order numbers and not use robots to reply and responded via emails. I was fortunate, that at least their robots refunded my money and I can now ignore all the 20% off coupons they keep sending me.
Hey Purifair, if you are in fact, real, then reply to my numerous emails and let's discuss what went wrong and why you didn't deliver my filters in almost 2 weeks. If anyone here is following this, then let's see how long it takes for the Purifair robots to reply to this one.

We have 5 of them. 3 we used right away. 1 was making grinding sounds after only 2 nights. The other 2 seem to be ok but we aren't turning them off in the daytime.
We will try the last 2 when we return from a 2-day vacation.

"I have recently bought 3 of these"
I have recently bought 3 of these. One for the lounge room and 2 for the bedrooms. Had them for a week. They are pretty quiet. The only negative is the bright blue light which is not great for bedrooms. I’ve put a sticker over it to help darken the room though.
I have no idea if they are actually doing anything yet though as we were already sick with the flu when they arrived. Fingers crossed 🤔
We have noticed our wifi playing up a bit, could this be related or a coincidence? Happy to do another review later on.
