Wir haben ein ganz anderes Auto erhalten als gebucht, total unbefriedigend. Und bei Reklamation hieß es nur: nimm es oder lass es, was anderes gibt's nicht.

Eerst had ik een tweedeurs auto gekozen maar deze wilde ik vrij laat omzetten naar een vierdeurs. Ook dit ging supersoepel via de website en bevestiging email. De firma geeft voor eerlijke prijs een allrisk en ook kilometersvrij en tweede chauffeur inclusief. Zeer tevreden over de mooie schone auto en ophalen en inleveren ging snel. Ik zou willen dat deze maatschappij ook op Alicante vliegveld ging zitten maar helaas. Gegarandeerd de beste van allemaal.

I rented a car of Kamik style by TUI agency of La Louvière, Belgium. In fact, when I arrived at the agency CARGEST, happy surprise : it was a BMW X1, and automatic without extrafees. Fantastic. No problem till today when I returned the car at the agency. I had to pay a penalty supplement of 15 Euros because it was between 7 and 8 AM. In fact, ,I was there at 6h55 but the employee could only receive me at 7h10. Incredible. Having to pay a penalty because you are late, normal. But paying because we are to early !!! Except this stupid rule (and 15 Euros less in my pocket) , happy with that renting experience.
