"Car delivered as it should be"

I rent a car abroad several times a year. There is almost always a discussion that I should take out extra insurance because of the so-called limited coverage, despite the fact that this has all been arranged perfectly through Zurich Insurance Company (do read the small print carefully).
Now I had booked a golf trip through TUI and for the first time I was told that everything had already been arranged perfectly, including insurance with good coverage. Within 5 minutes I was in the car on my way to the hotel. At CarGest Malaga I have not encountered people who try to force something extra on you.

We booked our car the last three years with Cargest. The organization ( Check in, Check out, Shuttle ) was perfect. We got a very good car. All employees were very friendly. Next time we‘ll try to book with Cargest again

Excellent service from pick up to drop off. All staff very courteous, car good condition and relatively new, upgraded to automatic at no extra cost. I am a regular visitor to Marbella and have been using Cargest Malaga for over 3 years and will continue do so.

15 € réclamés (et payés) lors de la restitution du véhicule pour un réservoir rempli selon eux à 7/8 au lieu de 8/8 (soit un déficit d'environ 5 l au maximum). Impossible de prouver ma bonne foi car je n'ai pas pris de photo de la jauge de carburant au départ. Lave glace inutilisable car non rempli. Caution de 300 € toujours pas débloquée une semaine après le dépôt de la voiture. Habitué des séjours à malaga, je ne recommande pas cette agence.

"Outstanding service under difficult circumstances"

Cargest informed us via telephone at our departure in Vienna, that the government ordered „catastrophy measures, all employees were sent home, the rental car cannot be picked up at arrival; we may take a Taxi further to Marbella, the costs will be refunded. We arrived on 13th Nov, a day with heavy thunderstorms and flooding in Malaga (a storm, that got the name „Dana“); absolute Chaos together with other arrived passengers at airport, no busses, trains,…nothing. We hired one Van Taxi, that cost us 200.- Euros to 50 km far Marbella. Next morning we were picked up by a Shuttle Van from Cargest, transferred to the rental station and got the rental car AND also the 200.- Taxi costs were reimbursed as offered.
Pick up and Return absolutely fast and friendly too; Cargest worked highly professional under difficult circumstances and made our trip through Andalusia very excellent. Highly recommendable company.

Have been a member of Cargest for many years.. although have not been back to Spain since Covid until my recent trip .
Hired an automatic car for 2 weeks ..everything just so easy from pick up at Malaga airport to short transfer to pick up car.
Was given a nice car with no issues..easy return with full/full fuel policy.
Great staff .. never a need to go anywhere else to hire a car.. this is a real car hire company to trust.
