"Overall the service was good but…"

Overall the service was good, the car was clean and just what I ordered. Pick up was difficult from Malaga Airports due to a BA cancelled flight I emailed Cargest to inform them earlier in the day that I would be arriving late. However, when I arrived I called the office only to speak to a very rude young man who said he would only collect me if I paid €100 more. After several phone calls he did collect my wife and myself and I showed him the email I sent and the acknowledgment to it from Cargest. I didn’t pay the additional €100. The car was fine and the drop off was easy. Perhaps some customer training would help.

Vi har stadig ikke fået depositum retur. Vi lejede en bil fra 22/10-24 til 26/10-24.

Hver gang man ringer til dem siger de vent en uge. Det kommer om 14 dage. Elendigt elendigt!

I rented the car for allmost two month.The car was a brandnew car .(10000km).I got an upgrade .The handover and return procedures were very quick and smooth.
