The service I received was amazing. The only aspect of the service that I would like to see them improve upon is the lack of information provided immediately following an order. I would like to see them provide a timeframe for shipping as well as a way to sign into the site and check the status of an order.

Missing accessories - still waiting weeks later to hear when they will ship them. I paid a lot extra for the rain cover, so not getting that is a pretty major let down.

Effects are great. Software is simple to use but not optimized for complex applications. The lasercubes are a bit glitchy but can be made to work. Support is responsive.

The Lasercube is very easy to use and the software aap easy to download both to mobile phone and P.C. Including notebook Ipad .
The Lasercube projects very well on all surfaces and engraves most Items over all a very good product.

Hab meinen Laser erhalten , hat nur nur beim Zoll etwas länger gedauert, aber ohne Probleme durch gegangen. Werde den Laser demnächst in Betrieb nehmen. Zur Zeit noch keine Erfahrung.

Great customer service and fast delivery. The cube 2W, itself is a fantastic bit of kit for the price, and the fact the software is native to mac makes it a no brainer.
