Lasercubes great. Zero issues with shipping and great customer service. I played with the Laser OS program a bit before it arrived so I was able to set the laser up and set up animations, games, balloon pop, and engraving in minutes.

I do wear sunglasses around it when engraving due to its brightness but would hate to accidentally hit a reflective surface and get any potential eye damage. None are included but I would recommend it.

Biggest issue I had unboxing the Laser Cube is with the lenses. They’re labeled poorly and had to problem solve which lenses were meant for what (I still don’t 100% know if I’m using them correctly). I know there’s a user manual online that’s pretty easy to brush through but a quick setup guide would’ve been handy as well.

Using it requires exploring available software and file set up; It’s easy use has made it exciting. I can see myself pouring hours into this to get the most out of it. It’s freaking cool.

I have the LaserCube 2 with the Stage kit. It's an excellent product and very good for the price.

The optics that come with it are good quality, some of the capabilities are amazing for the price.

"The LaserCube - impressive but precarious"

The LaserCube is an impressive little kit. It packs a professional grade RGB galvo laser and DAC controller into a very compact enclosure, adding an ample battery for portability. Teamed with their own novice-friendly and intuitive software suite LaserOs, and compatibility with a number of other applications, it shakes the show laser market a fair bit as it makes such devices available to a much wider user base. The affordable price tag teamed with an aggressive social media campaign have them selling in great numbers.
Herein lies an issue in regard to safety though, as the wider user base includes a high percentage of users lacking the proper knowhow and training in the use of powerful laser devices. I fear that this may cause both incidents and legal restrictions unless properly managed.
As for the product there is little negative to say, just the implications might come to affect the laser user community adversely.

The quality of the cubes build is horrendous it’s like they have no quality control. My cube lasted about 2 weeks of just basic use before something inside shifted and it’s now only displaying 1/2 the image. Tested all the setting and reset everything and yup it’s toast. Very expensive paperweight. I may try and take it apart but I shouldn’t have to.

Amazing device.
I’m not telling it’s 100% perfect, definitely needs some improvements, but so far it’s great. And I’m sure all the required improvements will come soon.

I have spent many hours in the past few weeks tinkering with my cube and I have a blast doing it, I’m in awe every time! I have brought it to a couple parties and left people amazed and asking where I got it. There is so much this little device can do that it is mind blowing. The thing I would like to see the most is a timeline function in LaserOS in order to sync images with a song for whatever amount of time I want without using a secondary application.
