Arrived at 8am, dealt with very efficiently, minor issue with second driver registration, he drives vans for a living I do not. Quickly resolved, had been upgraded to larger van re your availability, got the job done in time allowed and van returned with 5 minutes to spare. Thoroughly checked by your staff.
