I just had the worst experience with Printerpix that I’ve ever had with any company. In November 2024, I ordered a book with pictures. In December 2024, I received a covered book with the pages backwards & upside down. In January 2025, I contacted customer service (Tia Johnson). After numerous emails from her, requesting photos, the invoice, & a video (which I provided), I receive an email stating that they can’t help me because my complaint was placed over a month after I received the book. She had me jump through all those hoops for nothing.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO PHOTOBOX
If there was a way to leave zero stars then I would!! Ordered two personalised mugs for a couple for Christmas, the 'order' only just arrived on time.. but sadly they only sent one and when contacting customer services all they did was say that the order had been sent... clearly not listening to the fact that I told them that one arrived and one was missing. And when I have told them that they have misunderstood what I was saying they have just blanked and ghosted me!! Shocking customer service!!! I want a refund or the other mug sent out!
Shame they don't have a contact telephone number because I would love to verbally give them a piece of my mind!!! SHOCKING COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I WANT MY MONEY ВАСK... ROBBING B******S!!!!

Ordered 2 small canvasses with 4cm thickness but I received them with the standard 2cm thickness. I complained and they sent replacements out but having just received them today they have yet again sent the standard thickness. It’s laughable. From complaining it took over a week to receive the replacements, for them to be wrong again is a joke.

Product ordered in December and extra paid for expedited delivery to arrive as a Christmas gift. It’s February and product is not here. Customer service has been awful. Took them over a month to reply. They tried blaming the carrier, but it clearly states on the carriers website that they have not received the product. Continued to say it was the carriers fault for not updating the website. Eventually agreed to a refund (still pending), however responses are always robotic (AI generated) and no concern over keeping a customer base. No research into whether they actually made the product. I would not use, it’s a waste of time. Went to snap fish and they charge half the price and got here within a day!
