I made custom calendars for my father and niece. They absolutely loved the personalization and thoughtfulness. Each person's photo as their birthdate was a win, for sure. One thing I personally disliked was when trying to make captions for each photo on the dates, there is a white shadow, cast-like text box that appears, at times covering the person's face. I called to see if that could be edited out but it cannot, therefore, I opted out of using texts over images. (If this could be changed, that'd be great.) Also, I paid extra for the PrinterPix logo to not be on the back of the calendars, it is not, but there are still barcodes and other miscellaneous things on the back that I would have preferred not to have. I was under the impression that the back would be completely blank. I will order again now that I know exactly what to expect. Though the calendars are tedious to make, they make great gifts and it made me feel so good gifting them to my loved ones.

I ordered 5 photo calendars & 5 photo baubles, ordered on the 21st of December arrived 4th January (website stated guarantee before Xmas) then when they finally did arrive the photos on the calendar had all the heads chopped off and the baubles are terrible quality, how these passed quality control I will never know!
I’ve send countless emails asking for a refund but I’ve not heard a thing back!
£108 my order was!!!

Ho sempre usato questo sito per i miei acquisti e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Non capisco ora cosa sia successo! Ho acquistato tre voucher a novembre. Ne ho usato uno per un regalo di Natale mai arrivato.
Ho provato a scrivere diverse mail. La risposta è automatica, comunica un codice di spedizione dal quale si evince che l' ordine è stato consegnato il 23/12, ma non ho ricevuto nulla.
Mi sono rivolta ad una associazione di tutela al consumo. Se si tratta di una truffa spero che almeno il sito venga chiuso per evitare che altri ignari clienti cadano nell'errore di acquistare qualcosa.

In data 09/01 avevo già scritto mail a resolutions... come ora mi avete suggerito, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta, ne sono mai stata contattata!

"Not getting my product and being lied to by customer service"
TL;DR: I paid for a product that doesn't get to me and I cannot get my money back.
I wish I could leave a review with zero stars.
PrinterPix claims on their website that their products are manufactured and shipped within four days. I placed an order on December 26th (so 15 days ago). BTW, every time I quote what they say I am paraphrasing the conversations.
1. I called on Monday to check the status since I had only gotten the confirmation email and was told "it will ship within 24h".
2. Not having gotten anything by Wednesday, I called again and was told (by whom I am fairly sure was the same person I had spoken to on Monday) that "it already shipped. It's with UPS and they will soon generate a label and you will get a follow up email with tracking information".
3. Not having gotten anything by today (Friday). I called again and was told (by very likely the same person again) that "there was a quality issue with your product so we are making it again from scratch". I was like: how is it possible that it shipped with UPS on Wed and now it's back into the production line for quality issues? Did UPS report quality issues? Obviously someone (again, probably the same person) was lying to me. So I asked to speak with their superior and things got worse there. This person told me conflicting things like three sentences apart. He first told me that it was "with a courier who would transport it from the UK to the US" and like a minute later he told me it was "back in the production line". How can it be both in transit and being manufactured? Then I asked them to just cancel my order and give me a refund and he told me they couldn't do that. And then offered me "store credit or a free mug". I don't want either! I'm never buying anything else from them. There are many competent companies that do what they do.
So bottom line: they don't send me the product I paid for or give me a refund.
If I ever get my product or money back I will update this post.
Amendment: Yesterday (over a month after placing the order) I received the product in my mailbox. I'm bumping them one star.

You have my full contact details and you know I require a full refund, what are you waiting for? Clearly you don’t wish to resolve this matter as quickly as possible or you would have replied to my emails over the past 3 weeks and refunded me for both books already. The saga continues… do NOT use this company!

Ordered framed photos, printed photos were terrible quality. Attempted to contact them three times (no phone numbers available, only email). Have had no replies at all. Non existent customer service and awful quality product.

Ordered a calendar in plenty time for Christmas.
It arrives and the month was plastered on top of the picture!
I emailed straight away with all my details, no reply, emailed several times since and just being ignored. The calendar is in the bin and I was down on a present and over £20 due to the expensive delivery charge.
Can someone please get in contact so I can get the calendar I paid for please! Or a refund. This is ridiculous. Im gutted.

Paid extra for fast delivery and still took weeks. Emailed and asked what was going and ignored. Still nothing at all regarding delivery times. Both picture frames are poor quality and not worth the money. Terrible communication and would not buy again!

TRADING STANDARDS NEED TO BE INFORMED OF THIS COMPANY!!!
Having already left a review for this company I was responded to by them saying they would be in touch shortly and supplied an alternative email address to contact. Please note their telephone service is not fit for purpose if you have an issue with your received order which is not fit for purpose, of poor quality, and a rip off at £99.42 for what you get.
I have emailed this company 5 times and also sent an email to the email address supplied in their response here ‘resolutions@printerpix’ and as yet no response from them again! They have stopped responding to my emails so I will now have to consider legal action under the Consumer Right Act 2015 to retrieve my money and a Breach of Contract as they have not adhered to their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy!

Awful company, awful communication will not respond to emails.
Ordered a product that stated that would be delivered in time for Christmas I also paid £20!!!!! Delivery charge, to then receive a email on Xmas eve to say order was delayed due to stock. When finally received 13days after order was placed the quality was poor, printed on paper not much thicker than standard a4 printer paper, the colour was poor and blurry! DO NOT ORDER from them! Now ignoring my emails
UPDATE 14/01/25-still no contact made despite replying saying that would!!
