"Think I've lost my money."
I ordered a picture blanket and was advised that this was shipped. The shipping company then lost the item and told me to contact printerpix to advise them. I did this and have done now several times and they have just stopped replying. Very disappointed and £35 out of pocket.

Commande passé le 29 novembre pour des calendriers j’ai jamais reçu ma commande. Aucun service clients personne ne répond aux mails, le suivis de la commande ne marche pas. On peut donc pas se faire rembourser..
ils disent toujours qu’ils vont vous contacter mais ce n’est pas vrai.
Un conseil ne commander jamais sur ce site !!!!!

Realicé el pago de un álbum de fotos y una vez pagado me da un error. Además el código que me dan de compra no existe. Sin embargo en mi cuenta bancaria ya me quitaron el dinero. Intenté contactar con ellos por correo (para saber si está de camino) y a día de hoy sigo esperando por una respuesta

"Worst experience ever, Would give zero stars if I could "
Worst company ever. Never order form here. When I ordered it said my item would be delivered before christmas. It was a very important christmas gift. christmas eve came, my item was still not delivered. Tried to call and was put on hold multiple times for multiple hours. It’s january 8th and my item has still not come and they are refusing to give me a refund for my item which i have still not received.

"Terrible Service "
I tried to purchase my gift several time and it charged me each time, however, after a few tickets to the company, go to find out, after me telling them, that PayPal isn't working. After being charged and going back and forth, they didn't tell me this, I figured it out and it was very frustrating. Poor customer service and unfortunately I can't even give a product review because I was not able to purchase.

The quality of these prints are not worth the money I paid.
I have ordered from other companies and have been very satisfied.
The glare is horrible, the colors and texture are inferior and there is no mounting block.
I will never order from you again.

Order 3 Callander of the UK company,to celebrate my first great granddaughter on the 14 th December for Xmas ,for my wife daughter and daughter in law sent them emails 3 in total to say I have still not received them I Olso contacted the courier and they said I should contact them for refund (still nothing) I even sent them a screen shot of the shipping web site ,that saying it’s lost parcel (still nothing) the very sad thing is
( we lost the baby 29 days later ) the Callander still have not arrived I fell very sad that I still have to chase this up at our very sad times
