"Christmas order that did not arrive "

Order Christmas gifts on Dec 12. Well
Before their “guaranteed to arrive by Christmas” deadline date. It’s now 1/1/2025 and still NO PICS!
This was the first and the last time to use this company
They over promise and under deliver ! Had no problem taking my money right away though! Be aware. Ohhh and they don’t answer emails

"I would never order from this company again "

I ordered before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping to make sure it got to my house BEFORE Christmas. It in fact did not come before Christmas and still has not arrived. I have contacted the company via email and the ticket request multiple times and still have yet to hear back from anyone. I now at this point just want a full refund but I’m not even sure if anyone is going to actually contact me back. It’s very frustrating.

"Outstanding product "

The photo print quality was amazing! Love all the different options available. I struggled just a tiny bit with the site as an older adult, but once I figured it out I was able to get more than I expected.

"Failed to deliver guaranteed Christmas present "

I have placed my order for personalised puzzle with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Nothing has arrived. I've been left without the present, refund and they don't reply to my emails. Placed my order on the 18th and it still shows that is being worked on. Waste of time and money.

"Order not fulfilled in time"

Order not fulfilled in time. Paid for Xmas delivery, got an email at 9.04pm on the 23rd saying they’d run out of stock so they were emailing so I could sort something else.

Firstly, presumptuous that I could afford something else and secondly not enough time to have Xmas Eve to sort 3 gifts.

No sign of one of the items off my order still on the 1st Jan. Poor communication from customer services. Disgusting service.

Mittlerweile ist Neujahr und die Bestellung hat die Herstellung noch immer nicht verlassen.
Auf Emails keine Antwort! Absolute Frechheit. Die Seite kann ich nicht empfehlen!

I was supposed to receive my order prior to christmas. I have spoken to customer service 3 times and I still don't have my order. It is now January 1.
