"So Disappointed on delivery time…still waiting ⏳"

I ordered a calendar on 12/19/24 for Christmas delivery and still waiting. I contacted customer service and was told that it just shipped but no tracking number or following up email. Very, very disappointed.

"Expedited delivery failed to deliver as promised - still no word"

Ordered last minute calendar for wife as need a late picture of kids with Santa. Paid for expedited delivery which stated it guaranteed delivery by 24th, did not arrive until the 29th! Two attempts to contact have been responded with a generic email response. I expect a Refund for paying 12£ for the delivery which failed to meet the promise. Can an actual human please contact me about this.

Update, after a heartfelt apology and promise of a resolution, 7 days later, surprisingly no one has made an attempt to contact me. Printerpix I fully hope to be contacted asap.

Commande passée le 19/12 pour une couverture polaire personnalisée, délai de fabrication annoncé 1-4j + livraison express ! À ce jour 1er janvier le statut indique toujours « nos équipes mettent de la magie de Noël sur votre commande »
À part des réponses automatiques rien ! C’est juste inadmissible à 80€ le cadeau je ne suis pas prête de repasser commande ni de recommander à qui que ce soit ce site !

"I had the choice of Vistaprint and…"

I had the choice of Vistaprint and others but I opted for Printerpix due to their promise of a pre-Christmas delivery. Wasn't kept updated and they basically shunned my complaints. They've offered a $10 credit note as an apology, however they've ignored my claim for a refund on the postage and packaging costs (which I paid extra for to ensure Christmas delivery) - Shocking really. Will stick with the bigger, more established companies next year. Shame, as their platform is much more user-friendly.

UPDATE: @Joey said he would reach out to discuss options with me, and NEVER has. I fear this is just some wishy-washy customer service guff that they put here to make themselves look reputable.

"Honteux…"

Un calendrier et une housse de coussin commandés début décembre, 1 mois plus tard et plusieurs tentatives vaines de joindre le service client, toujours rien, commandes notées comme expédiées depuis 3 semaines mais aucun suivi de livraison en ligne. Prix comparable aux concurrents avec qui je n’ai jamais eu de problème pour la livraison, le suivi et le service client. Lamentable, plus jamais.

"STOLE MY MONEY"

I spent ages creating a Calendar for a gift was really excited made the payment came out of my bank account, went back to the page and it said failed… tracking as there but no progression I was confused and after days and days of trying to contact them I was told I’d be refunded. still now nothing I can not get through to them for love nor money. Phone , email, live chat , social media you name it you won’t get though go them. They Stole my money

"The least important part of the order rcvd in a timely manner :-("

I ordered a canvas and 10 photo books on 11/30/24. Received the canvas in a timely manner. No updates regarding the books were received until I reached out regarding the delay in receipt on 12/16. There was not a direct response to my inquiry: Just general messages received re: quality inspections well after the fact. The order was needed by 12/20 and was not received until 12/26. Extremely disappointed in the lack of response to my inquiry and the subsequent delayed delivery. The books were ordered as a Christmas gift for the family as the matriarch is in poor health and unlikely to make it to the next holiday season. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and response.

"Still haven’t received it"

Still haven’t received it.
Shipping confirmed 12/19/24 with arrival date of 12/30/24 but then changed to 12/31/24 and now 1/02/25.
For $9.99 shipping and an initial 11 day wait time, I thought it would be here by now.
This business should use a different shipping service.
Mail Innovations is doing this business a disservice.

"Don’t… just don’t…"

I’m guessing I’ve used this site in the past as I had a log in but I don’t remember how long ago it was. But don’t think I had a problem then so tried them again for calendars. Paid extra to have it done faster to make it for Christmas. Day that they were supposed to arrive came and went. And tracking wouldn’t work. Said they were with courier but couldn’t be found. Contacted them and they said to wait. Then they said they’d move my case up as my order was still stuck. Then Never heard from again. Tried contacting several more times, even tried opening another case and no one is responding… I went with them because I liked the low price and it was easy to create calendar but now I just lost $80 …. Wasn’t worth it don’t waste time or Money….

"Gimmicky promotions and listings all…"

Gimmicky promotions and listings all across Groupon, complicated deals, and overly complicated pricing. Dumbest calendar sizes appear first. The templates and photo layouts are generic low quality and the design application does not give a lot of flexibility. I also love (not) the 3-4 upselling pop-ups in the checkout process. Really wish I had avoided this company but unintentionally tried them again. I think a more traditional approach would go a long way with operations for a family business instead of the foreign drop ship vibe.
