They send irrelevant profiles. Some of the teammates were good, but the senior lady was so rude and threatened, "You have to pay more money or else delete your profile." No manners of arranging a call. Never ever take their service, bullshit.

They are just after your money, fraud scammers. Their service is extremely poor. They don't even bother answering your call after they have received your money and if they do, then they will tell you to pay more money then they will assist, which is also a fake.
They don't tell upfront any cost and are very expensive compared to other sites. Also, they charge in USD which is never mentioned until after you pay the $$$ and see your bank statement.
Stay away from them at all cost.
I asked to refund my money if they have any honesty or decency, but no response as usual. I will be reporting them to Fair Trading for sure and their site should be banned seriously.

Well, i had taken the matrimonial india services last month back and i am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services of company.
I had taken the services on the behalf of Ms Princi. Whatever i was committed before acquiring the services isn’t fulfilled and i got completely a negative and opposite to given statements by Ms Princi. I never been contacted and called regarding my profile moreover i am getting fake profiles on the websites so i would never recommend this website to anyone in future. Please never go for it.

Do not sign up on this website, it’s big scam. I didn’t read reviews before joining this site. Most of the profiles are fake. Once you join they called you from different numbers direct call or on what’s app, they tried to sell you membership on discount. I got charged double and lost $474. Still they are calling me to get VIP membership which is nearly $700. Be aware from this scam website.

Guys its better to avoid these company. They only want the membership fee from you. If you are not agree to buy membership they start talking rubbish. "SCAM - Do NOT Sign Up"

I signed up to search for my life partner. Shortly after signing up, I received phone calls/messages from India on my WhatsApp. All those Indian scammers claimed that they had “Suitable” matches for me but I would need to pay them $130 to contact them!
I just just having fun and that $130 became $50 after negotiations lol
Just so you know, the profiles and photos they show you are fake.
This website is a SCAM. Read the other reviews as well.

Guys stay away from any Indian matrimonial. This site is totally a scam. The lady named Kajol and her team is a great scammer. They have been using few candidates photos for ages who are not real. They call ppl and talk so sweet until they get the money. Once they get the money they get disappear. They promise to contact you but will never contact. Rather they blame clients saying “you can not make time”. I have made some time from my busy schedule to give me a call (conference call). Kąkol never made any call at scheduled time. She said “we open office at 10am.” What type of professionalism it is especially when someone does business with overseas! I made my time according to her starting time. She still couldn’t make it! It is very clear that they are scammer! So ppl stay away from this ppl and their site.

It appears, that they have changed their company name on Google.
I would not trust Google ratings to a certain extent on some issues like this, even if they say that they are the oldest company around. Some of the Indian matrimonial sites run under different names in guise on google with ratings most likely from their own staff
and friends.
I would not take any address for granted as some addresses could be virtual & some profile phone numbers could be virtual as well.
Previous review by another individual mentions about Pooja Khewal, it appears she is the same individual from Rishte Hi Rishte and Rishta on google.

They provided me with a phone number that seemed to be re-routed and then, later blocked for one profile after sharing proof of my call to the said profile with them.
They took approximately $259.00CDN from me as well. They wanted more for "special" services but I declined to give.
