Customer service is excellent. Have to give it to their staff for promptly replying to emails and refunds etc.
Refund timing can be improved. Chargeback submitted this month have to wait till the end of next month before receiving the refunds. Would love if it's refunded on a case-by-case basis like Signifyd does.

Good service and appears to have curbed our fraudulent sales, which is exactly what we needed. Main criticism is the app. Not easy to use, and often functions do not work such as invoices. Also everything is shown in $US regardless of which country you are trading in.
I would also like to see the speeding up of approvals. Currently some take a few hours, others 12 hours. If we receive an order around Midday, it can often not clear until later that night.
So far so good in general, once the app is sorted this will be much better.

We have some sales that don't make it to analysis and I have to email the customer service line. But they usually get back to me within a day or two with approval or denial.
Asides from that their great. I just wish we would solve the issue so I don't have to micromanage each sale.
Also, they bill in USD, which would have been great to know prior to signing up.
