On one hand, when I made my claim, their service was excellent. Prompt, helpful and reassuring. They repaid expenses I had paid within 1 working day.

However, for bills which they arranged to pay directly with the healthcare provider, they have been extremely bad. 4/5 months later I am still chasing them for unpaid bills. I have spent hours emailing and calling them to make payments.
