I use their services the first time. Stuck on my way during the corona virus chaos. I needed to prolong my current insurance, already during my trip. True Traveller was almost only one option, recommend also by my friend (also traveller). The purchase process was easy and I got all info I needed. Also their responses of their support are fast.
I put 4 from 5 not cause I'm unsatisfied but cause I haven't known how it works in reality.
