I had a great experiecne with the customer support at fancyleds so I felt needed to share it. They were super friendly and really helped me with a few problems I had. They responded quickly and walked me through some troubleshooting steps, which ended up fixing my problem. Really felt like they went the extra mile with me and they deserve the credit. Sync Box works beautifully now.

"Avoid! You WON'T save money here!"

Shipping took quite some time and support never really answered my emails but copy-pasted stuff from the FAQ on their website. After my second request they told me that tracking won't be available until the package arrives in my country. WTF? Can mean anything...
The device itself works... somehow. Setting it up was... odd. It seemed to work and not work and it never was clear why. After quite some time I managed to get it to work properly but then had to re-route a cable. Unplugged it, replugged it and... nothing. Took me quite some time to realize that whenever you unplug a cable you can't just replug it but one must reset the whole device. What cheap cr.... I wish I had chosen the crazily expensive but flawlessly working product from that Dutch company...
Today I wrote them asking for an official invoice but that's something they refuse to send. I bought the device for an organization I work for. So this means now that I have to pay for it with my own money.
Bad communication, no invoice, mediocre (at best) device. I'd say... Avoid, save some money and then go for that huegely better product with the crazy price tag that at least works properly!
Regarding the company's reply:
I NEVER asked for an invoice with a company name and VAT. I asked for an invoice with the data I entered when I bought the device. But they do not provide one. I lost 300 euro and now have to work with a mediocre device. Had I paid a bit more to a decent company I had NOT lost any money (because they would have given me an invoice) and I had a great device. What company refuses to provide an invoice anyway? If that doesn't sound suspicious what does?
One more detail: On my request for an invoice they answered "We do not generate invoices, the receipt you receive at checkout is provided." And in that provided receipt it says "Total paid today... €0,00 EUR". How can I use this to prove my expenses?
Another update on the product and the support: About three days after I wrote the review above the device stopped working. It took me another hour to fix it because it just isn't consistent. It takes an unknown combination of resets of the device itself and restarts of the HDMI source. Nothing can be reproduced in a meaningful way and it's a a game of trial and error to make it run again.
So I contacted support. Who couldn't care less and just sent me a copy-paste answer from their FAQ, completely ignored the things I said and asked for things that are either not possible or make no sense (like for example lowering the resolution - I bought a 4K device and support tells me to lower the resolution???). When I asked them to help with my problem instead of copy-pasting known info, they never answered again.

"Sync Box 2.1 Issues "

Well, I'll start from the fact I'm really fluent with technology of this type and I decided to order 2.1 Sync Box from this company deceived by the YT reviews. The product is OK unfortunately has a, lot of issues but I contacted the customer service with couple things I'm really disappointed with as it was I know these type of products are not perfect. First of all the device doesn't display couple colours in scenes properl, by not properly I mean really badly e.g. the orange colour which it displays as green. Secondary the the colours when watching HDR content are oversaturated and not accurate and due to that it creates flickering. So after I was messaging back and forth with them and also send proof of a video and pictures but I've been told the device works as it should and my expectations are to high?! No your product is faulty and doesn't display colours properly due to bad algorithms etc. But what I'm really annoyed with is you try to suggest it's my perception of the device is wrong not your device itself. This is not acceptable. I also gave them the advice what needs to be done to fix these issues but they seem to not care! Well I don't care how much believe in your product. I care about its functionality and it's obvious it doesn't work as intended. I sent my last email to you to whether fix it or refund it. If this won't bring any solution I will simply dispute that purchase with PayPal and get my money regardless as with the proof it have it will be extremely easy. Avoid this company as they blindly believe in their products and can't take any criticism.

I bought a 3 port 2.1 led box for my 65" TV in January.
It really helps with the movie ambience and helps the movie and tv shows feel like they have more depth.
My 65" TV went out and I bought a new Pioneer TV.
The Led box didn't work on it.
I contacted support, gave them the TV info, they sent a box out pretty quick with a firmware update and it works perfectly.
They were awesome and beyond helpful.

Couldn't recommend them enough.

"AVOID!!"

Setup and within 30 seconds the lights blew and you could feel the heat from them.
Emailed asking for a return as I've now bo faith in the product and really don't want it to be completely ignored regarding refund. They have sent out replacement lights which I didn't ask for and have completely ignored me when I've asked to file a complaint. Not only about the product but also the bad customer service. I would definitely AVOID

I bought the 3 hdmi 2.1... It's very glitchy, audio and visual quality is subpar. I have sent numerous emails to Fancy Led to no avail. Save your money

"Wish I went with other competing brands"

Product works great for the most part but doesn’t work well with the bbc app and certain movies on other apps I’ve contacted the team to resolve the issue or suggest some genuine improvements to improve their product all attempts were shut down and told that the product functions as it should… which it doesn’t. To spend so much money over other competitors which use a camera to achieve more desired results I wish I went with them instead over this company as the customer service is useless and the product is only 80% functional.
