Looking at the website, it seemed that they were US based and had a long list of 5 star .. this company just sells your products and doesn’t care if you’re satisfied with the purchase. I was emailing because the light that I got were not as described.bad quality but still they don’t refund or do return.. don’t buy from this fancy led unless you want to waste your money.. very disappointed. Never again from this website. Is totally scam. The worst company to deal with if you have any issue 👎👎👎👎👎

Best purchase all year, the Fancy Sync Box has made such a different to watching movies with the kids, they go crazy for it. The best ambient backlighting for your TV on the market, and definitely the most affordable. No more philips! This system actually comes with the LED light strips when you buy it.

Definitely recommend, can’t watch movies without it.

Ordered the Sync Box and it came in 5 days. Syncs well and really adds something else when watching movies, great addition to the set up! Just need to connect your HDMI device to the sync box itself.

Habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Strips kleben nicht ordentlich und gehen immer wieder ab.habe reklamiert aber nur unverschämte Antwort erhalten. Wir seien schuld, weil wir falsch ankleben. So ein Blödsinn. Bei diesen teuren Strips handelt es sich um billige chinaware..Hände weg davon.. nur Fake..mein Geld ist weg..
