"Awesome Blinds"

Everything was ready to go after you opened the box. No missing parts. The instructions could have had words not just pictures. We needed to youtube the mounting of the blinds.

"Absolutely useless for smarthome"

Absolutely useless for smarthome. Not fully Thread compliant despite what their website says. Don’t buy these if you want smart shades.

I bought and tested one shade and it worked well so I spent thousands to put them on one floor of my home. More than half didn’t work. After reaching out to support they said that they’re not actually fully Thread compliant and only work within 10-12’ of your router. Their solution was to install more Thread routers every 10 feet which is absolutely absurd.

Without reliable smarthome functions these are overpriced. You can get better remote control operated shades for half the price.

Waiting forever for product. Ordered from Austin Company. Product coming from China. Carrier Delays at different location according to tracking number. Still stuck in supposedly. Can’t talk to anyone. All numbers and chats just give me recordings. Order was over $1,000. Hopefully I didn’t get Scammed.

Love the blinds! The install is very easy with the inside mounting. The programming instructions are a little confusing at times and seem to somewhat out of order. That is why I didn’t give a five star rating!

Screws did not come with my shades we had to buy them and also the shades are not programming properly after many hours of reading and having several people here to fix them. Made in China!

These blinds look and fit great. They were pretty easy to install and the Zigbee connection hooked right up.

I found this a very easy process. You measure your
window per your instructions, order and received them
in a very timely manner. I was very thankful that I read
all the reviews before ordering as one person said in
the review to put the motors up first and the rest just
fell into place. These shades are wonderful. I bought
them for my elderly relative who is having problems
with balance issues. Its peace of mind he won't have
any possible tripping hazards in his way when closing
the shades. Wonderful product
