Having ordered my goods nearly two weeks ago and seeing the website state delivery by 3rd March it is now 10th March and no delivery. I had to e mail sales who did reply quickly only to tell me my chalkboards were delayed because the chalk pens were out of stock? Why not flag that at point of sale then I could have sourced them elsewhere? No?! Instead I’m left waiting for the pens to arrive from Japan before the bulk of my order is sent to me! Good customer relations should have sent the boards immediately and sent the pens on via RM as soon as they arrived in stock - very poor
