"I haven't even received our order yet due to Parcelforce"

I haven't even received our order yet because Parcelforce has been an absolute pain to deliver the items. They attempted to deliver every weekday during the day when we are at work and didn't attempt to leave it with a neighbour. When I went to rearrange delivery to a post office because they can't just leave the parcels on our front porch like all other delivery companies, they eventually called me to say that the parcels were too big to deliver to the post office. In summary, they neither deliver the items to our home or neighbours nor can they deliver them to a post office. I have told them clearly to leave on the porch as we have cameras but they say it requires a signature. I will endeavour to never buy from a company that uses Parcelforce, they are the only courier that we've constantly had issues with. If we don't receive it by the end of this week we will be cancelling our order.

Having placed an order in March, I still haven't received my order, I had several excuses, production difficulties, machine breakdown, COVID and most recent dispatch problems. They tell bare faced lies.
Don't bother using them find someone else.
