I ordered two sneeze screens last year and was very happy with the product and service, however after one of me screens was damaged i reordered one (at an inflated price) but the screen that was delivered was not of the same quality, it was thinner and has a grey tinge, BHMA will not accept that the screen is not what i ordered and expect me to return at my expense. Very poor customer service.

bit too soon to comment - I ordered on the 5th October estimated delivery was on the Thursday. I received a review request on the Thursday but had not received goods. A week on I still haven't received my delivery but been prompted to review!!

*Take care when using Paypal as the seller emphasises that their items are custom made to avoid Paypal's Buyer Protection (we had to pursue an indemnity claim).
Sent 12 damaged items - the parcel was without visible damaged and, thus, signed off on to the courier. Sadly, over half the contents were not in good condition.
Upon viewing the evidence, the rather impertinent and oafish customer services agent accused us of having used the items (such was the damage) and attempting to fraudulently claim a refund / exchange. Charming.
Used before and no problem but after this incident would rather never have anything to do with again.
