What an awful company to have to deal with if you have any issues. I ordered an external Brass illuminated menu holder so presumed that it would come with an IP44 rating. After 3 telephone calls to ask for the certificate to be told there wasn't one, I was told i could return the item over the phone as without this certificate, we couldn't install it. When it comes to ask to return it then it a completely different ball game. They said i did not contact them (which is a blatant lie) to try and resolve the issue the electricians had with installing an external menu case without IP44 rating or even that it was weatherproof but offered to upgrade the LED for extra costs after I asked to return it.
They decide that because I refused this offer and hadn't contacted them previously there was nothing further they could do. Why wasn't i told at the time of asking for the certificates that there was an upgrade option and why wasn't this on the webiste!!
I have asked for a copy of their returns policy but doubt I will get a response.
First and last time we use this company.
