I'm a returning customer to The Shutter Store, and their customer service is GREAT! I did a lot of research online before choosing this company. I had questions about my first order (in terms of installation) and support was very quick to answer my e-mails. This being my second order (11 windows), they were very helpful and when I had to make a correction before confirming my order, the update arrived very quickly. The shutters are beautiful! I plan a third order later this year to finish my home!

I give the product high marks. The shutters are exactly what I wanted.
What I didn't like was notifications of pending delivery which were false. These happened when I was away and unable to accept delivery. It could be that Fedex was responsible for these.
When the delivery actually did occur, it was perfect.
