Fantastic company to deal with. When you order and pay they don't take your payment until someone has called you and established you've measured everything correctly. You then get a confirmation that you check and then sign off. Products take just over a week or so. Everything is well packaged and labeled. Putting all the frames together is really easy and doesn't require screws. The installation can be a bit tricky depending on what windows you have. I have curved bays so they are probably the most challenging compared to a straight forward window. But the design of the shutters make this as easy as it possibly can be. You can tell there's some real care and attention going on in this company. I've dealt with them twice now and just ordered my third shutters. Can't recommend enough. No wonder they get 5 stars.
