Working with the Shutter Store was very easy for a DIYer. Their website has all the info you need, along with lots of videos/PDF files to walk you through the measurement and selection process. They worked with me to confirm my measurements and design and answer my questions multiple times before confirming my order. I haven't received the shutters yet (just confirmed today), but 2 thumbs up so far.
