I have started using Laundrapp again during the COVID period & have been enjoying their service. The tracking of when the cleaning is being picked up/dropped off is great. However, I wish there were more regular slots for delivery and collection.

I’m really happy with this service. Laundering sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers is difficult and time- consuming. Living in a flat I don’t really have the space here to dry the items.
Having the Laundrapp collection and delivery service to the door continue during Lockdown has been a real help and I’m so grateful to all the staff who have continued to work throughout this period.
The items come back perfectly folded and laundered each time.The price is amazing for a super king bed set- I cannot believe it’s £20 for a six piece set.

"Laundrapp - good service"

Have used Laundrapp a number of times now and have always had good service. Laundry is collected and delivered on time and turnaround is very quick, usually just a couple of days. No complaints and will definitely continue to use them.

Laundrapp can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. The duvet cleaning etc is good - but there’s often last minute delivery cancellations and the ironing can sometimes be damaging (my duvet cover had a plastic fix button burned off) - the duvet now pokes out of the cover which is a little unseemly. I appreciate the home collection and delivery though.
