"My wife placed an order back in March…"
My wife placed an order back in March and arranged delivery for a few days later. The delivery arrived 2 weeks late with items missing. We contacted customer service and said they will look in it and offered an very small discounted for our troubles. We had not heard back after a few days so my wife chased them again and they sent us a rude email response saying “ do not chase us again”. They finally found our laundry and delivered approx 4 weeks after we made the original order.
When we opened the bag of clean laundry we found all our clothes were creased and again there were some missing items.
They have lost 3 expensive items. We have chased them on a number of occasions but they do not answer calls or respond to emails.
We are now in May and I have still not heard anything.
Use them at your own peril. They have no respect for their customers or their belongings

"Horrible service"
Sam, their customer service told me that they count a jacket and a pair of trousers as a suit but not a jacket with a skirt! Unbelievable! Yet in their app, they clearly advertise that “two-piece suit: blazer and trousers/skirt”. They updated my order incorrectly. In their app they promised response immediately, but After I raised my complaints and concerns, they stopped responding to my complaints and have not responded to my complaints for the last 24 hours. The contact phone number they left on their website does not exist. I am worried and want to cancel my order. But no way to contact them.

"Laundrapp the worst customer experience"
Laundrapp has the worst customer service. They contacted me on the 9th of Apr to tell me there was a tagging error and my order is lost. I immediately responded providing a basic description of my order. It’s took them another day to respond only to ask for more detailed description. I immediately provided this. My order was due to be delivered 3 days later. They left for the long weekend and left me hanging and chasing unattended emails. There was no one available to respond to email or chats or phone calls. This is completely unacceptable. They took 3 weeks to get my order back to me and even then it was missing items.
They never stick to their delivery slots.
I will never use them again as they send items back soiled and marked, so white linen is now ruined.
UPDATE: I am updating this post after Laundrapp tried to contact me following my Trustpilot review. I want to clarify that I sent 14 emails between 09 April and 20 April of which only 5 was responded to. The time to provide assistance has past. Laundrapp refused to respond to my emails when it was necessary. Now they want rectify it when they have been publicly called out. Now after laundry was ruined and lost. It too late now.

"Absolutely terrible service - DO NOT USE"
UPDATED 2 MONTHS LATER: STILL NO PAYMENT DESPITE BEING PROMISED. TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible service. They have lost one set of our bed linen. When asked about it, they enquired with their laundry who processed the order and replied with, in short, 'we cannot find it, we apologise for the inconvenience' and left it at that. No hint of a refund for something which is entirely their error.
I STRONGLY recommend not using this service.

"Lost my clothes, promised a refund but then never paid - had to take them to court"
They lost a pair of my jeans on my second ever order with them. Hey ho, that happens. But then, after accepting liability and promising a refund on 12th March that would be in my account in 10 days I am still waiting for the money (40 days later).
I have chased them a number of times, each time they promised the refund has "been processed" and giving me another date the money will be paid by.
Still nothing.
I have been forced to make a small claim through the HM Courts & Tribunals Service.
A terrible, terrible experience.

Got to say this is working very well. Three loads collected and delivered since my washing machine developed a fault at the very start of lockdown, and the experience has been excellent every time.
Lorraine (Newcastle) is charming and always here at the time appointed. The laundry has been done efficiently, and is folded so well t shirts hardly need ironing.
