"Ruined dress, no lessons learned"
They ruined a high end brand dress because they didn’t follow my instructions (in ALL CAPS)... or the label. After months of back and forth, all I received was an apology and minor discount, but no explanation of what process is being put in place to make sure this never happens again.
After numerous emails back and forth (where we also discovered I’d been overcharged), they still insist that they can’t refund me for UNUSED prepaid dress cleaning. How can I trust them to clean my dresses, when they destroy them and don’t learn from their mistakes?!

You get a 25% off on your first order when you use the referral code - JXRBWJ. I have used Launderapp, purely because of its range of services offered. Having said that this comes with a small sting, deliveries and collections are a bit too much to handle. You gave a slot, except they are always late or rescheduled. I have used the for 4 times now, everytime I have been rescheduled for collection, and delivery was late. Regardless a service I might use again in future, as I still have not mastered the technique of cleaning my duvets and pillows on a regular wash.

Several late deliveries but a good customer service experience.
They should collect hangers and offer an incentive to do so, they would reduce their operational costs. They should also find an alternative to the amount of plastic covers that they use.

Good service generally, smooth transactions. Odd sorting of laundry if I had to criticise - instead of sorting by person (woman, man, young child), all socks gathered together and all underwear together, etc. which made me chuckle as I walked repeatedly from room to room. Referral code: KTJKKJ

Service in London is excellent, but the app can use some work. In particular, if you go to checkout and then go back to the selection screen, it resets the pick-up and drop-off time. It messed up my plans at least once

Had my delivery slot missed or cancelled with no warning on 2 occasions. If you need something reliable this might not be for you. Cleaning is average

Terrible terrible customer service they a duvet cover returned with blue stains all over. They said they didnt do it. They had!!! Mistakes happen but it is how they are dealt with. Totally terrible, will never use again. They also temporarily lost it when it was returned. Terrible company.
