My car broke down on Saturday and with out Ferratum I would not have been able to go to work and would of struggled to earn my living so love this company straight forward and can always pack back early with small intreast added plus always remember pay day loans are only for emergencies and most be used as a last resort and only lend if you can be sure you can pay in full and not default because this company trusted you so you should always pay back enjoy and have fun so easy to use 😀😍

Really good, instant decision and are very fair only thing i would say improve on as it happens to many at no fault of there own, if for what any reason your laid off work etc to improve options for payments with unforseen circumstances, other than it would easily be 5*

"Excellent customer service"
Excellent customer service: I have blocked my acocunt due to entering wrong pin codes and the customer services unblocked my account right away after security check. Then I blocked my account again right after, I called again and had a good laugh with the call agent. Not my best day, but a good service experience..
Will make this my primary bak account I guess...

I have been trying to contact Ferratum for about a week to pay back an outstanding loan, to no success. I have not been able to speak with a customer service agent, get a call back, email response, use your text facilities or log in online. there was a problem debiting my card, now I am concerned they will apply excessive late fees
I have been provided contact information from the Consumer Credit Trade Association, who informed me they were no longer a member of the association, and could not contact the company theirselves as they were no longer members. Although the CCTA information is still listed on their website.
I emailed Employees of the company directly today, with details provided by the CCTA and received a delivery status failure notification. decided to write a review on trust pilot to hopefully get someones attention. Following this I will contact the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman for advice.

"Reasonable resolution of an issue - on balance a good service."
The banking system apparently required bank accounts to be reverified over the xmas period for which I received a text from Ferratum asking for reconfirmation of my banking details. I disregarded this as a fishing request as it seemed out of the ordinary. I was out of the country after Xmas and didn’t give it another thought. Having returned to the UK i discovered payment hadn’t been taken and I was told that I was liable for additional interest. I phoned to complain and to be fair a reduced settlement was agreed basically splitting the difference.
