Wouldn’t come out to my car saying it’s probably a pre existing fault over the phone without looking at it turns out it wasn’t I’d miss fuelled wanted to charge me £150 to come out , so it wasn’t a pre existing fault how can they diagnose over the phone? I’ve cancelled and gone with RAC much better service, AVOID!!

I told the sales person over 5 times that I was not interested, because I am already got cover. She still sent me SMS. The one thing you need when you breakdown, is someone who will listen. Otherwise, how can you get the help you need in a breakdown situation!
